I though this uploaded but apparently not - grr
Gym this morning was hard. Little energy and my recovery times were longer. I had to reduce my weights on each machine and only got through 2 sets of ab work. I did my HIIT sprints on treadmill but even they were harder than usual on a slower speed.
On the plus side I have lost 5 kilos. Just water weight I know but I’ll take any achievements right now cos im feeling deflated by the pre op diet.
I cant wait to be back into gym normally after all this surgery. And I especially can’t wait to eat more than chicken and veg! Sooooo over chicken right now.
